The EK burner is a robust industrial package burner suitable for direct firing in many applications where high turndown, short flame and low emission performance is required.
The burner's compact dimensions and low cost mean that the unit is ideal for many process applications.
The unit is simple and safe to operate. All units are prefired and fully tested before leaving our works.
The burner has been successfully used in many industries including food processing, metal finishing, textiles, ceramics and glass.
All Comtherm burners are designed with ease of maintenance a top priority. All parts can be removed without unbolting the unit from the mounting flange. The rear panel on the burner can be removed, which allows easy access to the gas nozzle, spark electrode and flame sensor.
Capacity Range: The standard EK burner is available in sizes from 60kW to 950kW
