Ceramic Anti Spatter Spray - Spanjaard Malaysia

Spanjaard Spatter Release #639 Ceramic is a dispersion of a premium ceramic compound in an air drying bonding resin. It provides high temperature  ubrication and release properties when oils and greases cannot be used. The coating is non-toxic and non-staining. Spanjaard Spatter Release #639 Ceramic provides a stable lubricating film at temperatures of -20C to 350C. The ceramic component will act as a dry lubricant up to 1000C (or higher if air access is reduced).
 

- High temperature lubricant and release agent.

- Reduces spatter build up on welding torches, nozzles and contact tips by preventing adhesion of weld spatter.

- Protects against spatter adhesion on welding jigs and fittings.

- Provides dry lubrication in dusty conditions.

- Prevents corrosion of metal surfaces

- As an anti-stick barrier during hot pressing operations.
