The compact, lightweight and versatile HD 5/12 C cold water high-pressure cleaner offers outstanding mobility and
is suitable for both vertical and horizontal operation. The machine is fitted with sophisticated accessory storage,
and the brass cylinder head and automatic pressure relief ensure a long service life.
Also included in the equipment package are the newly developed EASY!Force high-pressure gun and the EASY!Lock quick-release fasteners.
While the EASY!Force high-pressure gun makes use of the recoil force of the high-pressure jet to reduce the holding force to zero,
the EASY!Lock quick-release fasteners make handling five times faster than with conventional screw connections,
without losing any robustness or longevity. Effortless operation and time-saving set-up and dismantling
therefore feature as standard and are representative of the successful overall concept of the machine.

1. 1 (One) years warranty (Commercial)
2. The warranty terms published by the relevant sales company are applicable in each country.
3. This warranty shall be applicable for Product purchased and operated in Malaysia only.
If the product is shipped and operated outside Malaysia, the warranty becomes void.
4. Please submit the proof of purchase (e.g. relevant receipt/tax invoice) and/or warranty card
to customer service personnel. In case of loss of proof of purchase / purchased date is not
show on the relevant proof of purchase, we reserve right to use manufacturing date
(i.e. the serial no.) of the product as purchased date
5. Upon received the warranty claim, Karcher or its Authorized Service Centre shall at its discretion
to determine whether to repair or to make direct replacement of the product.
6. For High Pressure Cleaners, the warranty covers the replacement of Motor (Max 1 time)
and Pump (Max 2 times) within 2 years Warranty Period.
7. The undertaking and/or completion of repair, service or replacement of Product or its parts
shall in no circumstances extend the warranty period of the Product and it shall thereafter
continue to apply only for the remaining warranty period of the product.
8. For all warranty claims which require repair/service, it must be delivered/sent to/collected
from our customer service center at your own cost.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The Warranty does not cover the following:
1. Machine Damaged caused by
2. Wear and tear parts (filters, brushes, high pressure hose / any other hoses, seals, o-rings, batteries, cloth sets, etc.
3. The product was purchased from outside Malaysia / Brunei.
