Product Description
A powerful blend of solvents formulated to quickly and easily remove remains of seals and gaskets - it acts by softening the materials making it easy to scrape off. It can also be used to remove industrial coatings (paints and varnishes), adhesives, carbon deposits, baked on oil and grease from metal surfaces.

This product can used to eliminatee the need for excessive scraping or sanding. It is particularly suitable for removing coatings from aluminum and other soft metals where excessive scraping could damage the surface. The gel-like consistency, when applied, ensures it remains in the desired location, allowing it to work more effectively. Spanjaard Gasket Cleaner is not recommended for use on plastic components. It does not contain methylene chloride or n-methyl pyrollidone. 

 

Application Instruction
Note: Spanjaard Gasket Cleaner is highly flammable. Ensure all sources of ignition are removed, and all surfaces to which the product is to be applied are cool, before applying the product.

1. Protect painted surfaces thoroughly from overspray as the product will attack paint.

2. Shake well before use

3. Spray liberally onto the area to be treated

4. Leave for 10 minutes

5. Remove softened material with a scraper or high pressure water jet.

6. Rinse well with water and repeat if necessary.
