1.The drive shaft is of radial runout. |
>The drive shaft sliding yoke fails to be assembled correctly. |
>The drive shaft is distorted or bending. |
>The universal knuckle shaft journal or needle bearing is worn out. |
>The connecting bolt is loose. |
>The drive shaft is unbalanced. |
>The intermediate support bearing is worn out or damaged. |
>The intermediate support bearing bracket is loose or the rubber cushion block is aged. |
2.There is abnormal noise at starting and during running |
>The universal knuckle is worn out or damaged. |
>The sliding yoke is worn out or damaged. |
>The drive shaft is loose. |
>The needle bearing, sliding yoke and intermediate bearing are short of lubricant. |
