Description

PENTENS R-290 is a silicone concentrate that is based on silane/siloxane and is diluteable with organic solvents. Diluted PENTENS R-290 is a high quality purpose water repelling substance used for imprenation and priming of mineral and highly alkaline substrates.

Uses

PENTENS R-290 is suitable for imparting water repellency to absorbent, porous and mineral building materials, e.g:

• All kinds of concrete

• Mineral plasters

• Cement fiberboards

• Sand-lime brickworks

• Brickworks

• Aerated concrete

• Mineral-based natural and artificial stone

• Mineral paints

• Suitable to be used as primer for exterior paints

• Not suitable lo be used as rendering gypsum water repellant
