Spanjaard Wire Rope Dressing 1345 - Malaysia Supplier

A specially developed, semi-synthetic, Wire Rope Dressing, which contains solid lubricants, extreme pressure, anti-fretting, anti- corrosion additives and resists displacement by high load pressures and water.

A tacky semi-synthetic, lubricant specially developed for Wire Ropes in mining, marine, earth moving and industrial equipment. Spanjaard Wire Rope Dressing 1345 penetrates deep into the core of the rope ensuring protection and continued lubrication of the wire strands against fretting.
Spanjaard Wire Rope Dressing 1345 contains Molybdenum Disulphide and other solid lubricants, which can withstand static pressures of 2750 Mpa. Under boundary conditions, this ensures that metal to metal contact is minimized and rope life extended.
Spanjaard Wire Rope Dressing 1345 protects against water, backfill plus other contaminants, which accelerate deterioration due to rust and wear.

Spanjaard Wire Rope Dressing 1345 is available in a semi-fluid NLGI 00 consistency for spray and brush application and in a stiffer NLGI 2 consistency if required.
