A: Application Range—cutting sheet for HVAC duct and hardware parts
n Equipped with the software of AutoCAD, FastCAM and Lantek (User should provide AutoCAD, we provide either FastCAM or Lantek), through X and Y coordinates cutting movement can cut the sheet into different shapes.
n It is especially suitable for making HVAC duct with duct software Lantek which includes more than one thousands duct shapes. Just choose the desired shapes and set parameter, and then the software will automatically draw the shape, count the material weight and cost.

C: Machine Construction
It is consists of main frame, control system, driving system, auto height adjustment system (for option), safe air control system, cutting system, specific software.
1. Firm and stable frame
l The frame: is 80X80X6mm steel welding structure with vibration stress relief to reduce internal stress. Thus the frame is good quality and less distortion.
l X and Y axis: adopt high precisions linear round guide rail and linear guide rail (both imported from Korea) which reduce moving resistance.
l Install X & Y axis: Two axes have been installed with high precision inspecting and calibrating equipment to guarantee two guide lines tolerance.
l Tolerance: the linear tolerance of two guides on X axis is less than ±0.05mm.
l X and Y axis vertical tolerance is less than ±0.05mm.
l Max. working traverse speed: 12.8m/min both X and Y axis
l Max. traverse speed without working: 26.4m/min both X and Y axis
2. Control system
The control system uses an industrial computer and control software works in DOS condition, either in English or Chinese which can be changed easily. The industrial computer uses ISO standard CNC language can be programmed meanwhile show cutting shape, tail cutting movement dynamically, and simulating the cutting movement. Also can be programmed by manual and have L/O supervise function. It can connect with internet to realize data exchange as well as use disk or USB to copy file into machine system.
3. Driving system
The plasma driving system uses Japanese MITSUBISHI digital communicating servo system. The power adopts high magneto conductivity material with good cooling capability. The resolving rate of coder is high, which is 4 times compared with ordinary ones. So it can guarantee much higher controlling precision and apply for more precision jobs.
4. Auto height adjustment system (for option)
With no touch auto height adjustment device, the torch gun can automatically move up and down to adjust the height between sheet and gun according to the sheet’s curve. Thus keeping the distance between the sheet and the gun constant fixed. So it can guarantee higher cutting precision.
5. Air control system
Stable pneumatic commutator valve guarantee the gun to move up and down steadily and reliably.
6. HUPERTHERM cutting system
Adopts American HUPERTHERM plasma generator, can cut different materials with the features of stable performance, high precision tolerance.
7. Specific software: Lantek specific duct software
Lantek software has been used for duct manufacture for 15 years which includes more than one thousand duct shapes and easy to operate. Just choose the desired shapes and set parameter, and then the software will automatically draw the shape, count the material weight and cost.
FastCAM software: cutting software
FastCAM is especially suitable for cutting different shapes of hardware parts.
