Description
the Malvasia grape, brought to Italy from Greece in the Middle Ages, is used. The grapes are grown on limestone soil in the province of Taranto in Puglia at an altitude of 100-150 meters. Due to its proximity to the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, the southern region of Italy has the best climatic conditions for viticulture. Summers are mostly dry and hot, the sea breeze is refreshing, and winters are mild. In the abundant Italian sunshine, the grapes ripen to a healthy, juicy, and delicious taste.
