1. Which Model/Capacity to choose?
180 liters : Suitable for 1-3 people, with max. 2 bathrooms
300 liters : Suitable for 1-5 people, with max. 4 bathrooms
450 litres : Suitable for 1-9 people, with max. 6 bathrooms
**The calculation is based on a 6" shower head and 10 minutes for each person bathing.

2. Where to allocate the Solar Heater?
Highest of the building where the roof could fit the Solar Heater with the preferred direction accordingly to South - North - East - West. Recommend to install nearby the cold water tank because solar is getting the cold water from the tank and place the solar above a strong roof trusses.
3. What should I prepare before solar installation?
~ Hot & Cold water piping system with a half (0.5") inch stop cock nearby the solar system.
~ 15 amp Plug point required to be ready nearby the solar heater for backup heater use.
~ If water pump is required, should be installed before the solar installation.
4. What's the basic installation included?
- Three (3) meter of hot and cold stainless steel piping for solar inlet and outlet.
- 3kW Backup electrical heater and thermostat
- Pressure temperature valve to control the pressure
5. What are excluded in basic installation?
Aluminum rack for flat roof installation, Crane charges, Water Pump, Mixer Taps, Extra hot/cold water pipes which more than 10ft, power point for back up heater.
