1. Which Model to choose?
SM180-C (180L) : Suitable for 1-4 people, with max. of 3 bathrooms
SM300-C (300L) : Suitable for 1-7 people, with max. of 5 bathrooms

2. Where to allocate the solar heater?
Highest of the building where the roof area can fit the Solar Heater with the preferred direction accordingly of South - North - East - West. Recommend to install nearby the cold water tank as cold water supply to the solar is from the cold water tank and place with stronger roof trusses.
3. What things to prepare before installation?
~Hot and cold water piping system. 0.5 inches (½”) Stop-cock have to be standby at below/nearby the Solar Water heater, either inside or outside ceiling.
~15 Amp Power Point required to be ready nearby the solar water heater.
4. What's the basic installation included?
- Ten (10) feet of hot and cold water piping for solar system inlet and outlet.
- 3kW Backup heating and thermostat set
- Pressure temperature valve (PT valve) to control the pressure
5. What are the things excluded in the basic installation?
Aluminum rack for flat roof installation, Crane charges, Water Pump, Mixer Taps, Extra hot/cold water pipes which more than 10ft, plug point for back up heater.
6. Will I get hot water on rainy days or nights?
A short period of rainfall will not affect the supply of hot water because solar tanks are insulated. With average of 3 hours sunlight daily, it heats water to 80oC in the day and loses about 8% only at night time. But, raining season it might require to switch on the backup heater
