RIVAXORED (Rivaroxaban Tablets 10mg) contain 10 mg of rivaroxaban as the active ingredient.
Indications:
RIVAXORED is used to:
•    Prevent venous thromboembolism (VTE) in adults undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery.
•    Treat and prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
•    Reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack in patients with coronary artery disease or peripheral artery disease.
•    Prevent blood clots in patients with atrial fibrillation (a heart rhythm disorder).
Instructions:
•    Dosage: Take one 10 mg tablet once daily. The initial dose should be taken 6 to 10 hours after surgery.
•    Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew it.
•    Precautions: Avoid alcohol as it can increase the risk of bleeding. Inform your doctor if you have a history of bleeding disorders or are taking other medications that affect blood clotting.
•    Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
