Contents:

• Active Ingredients: Ezetimibe 10 mg and Simvastatin 10 mg.

• Elevated LDL Cholesterol: Used as an adjunct to diet to reduce elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia and in adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH).
• Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (HoFH): Used as an adjunct to other LDL-C lowering therapies to reduce LDL-C in adults with HoFH.
• Coronary Heart Disease: Reduces the risk of total mortality by reducing the risk of coronary heart disease death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, and stroke in adults with established coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, and/or diabetes who are at high risk of coronary heart disease events.

• Dosage: Take one tablet orally once daily in the evening with or without food.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. Do not double the next dose.
• Monitoring: Assess LDL-C levels when clinically appropriate, as early as 2 weeks after initiating therapy, and adjust the dosage if necessary.
• Precautions: Avoid grapefruit juice and consult your doctor if you have liver disease, are pregnant, or are taking other medications.
