VYTORIN contains a combination of two active ingredients:

• Ezetimibe 10 mg
• Simvastatin 20 mg

• Lower levels of total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol, and triglycerides in the blood.
• Increase levels of HDL (good) cholesterol.
• Reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and hospitalization for chest pain in patients with heart disease.

• Dosage: Typically, one tablet taken once daily in the evening.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break it2.
• Diet: Continue following a cholesterol-lowering diet while taking this medication.
