Each capsule contains:

• Active Ingredient: Danazol 100mg
• Excipient with known effect: Lactose (123mg per capsule)

• Endometriosis and associated infertility
• Benign breast diseases (e.g., fibrocystic mastitis)
• Menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding)
• Virginal breast hypertrophy
• Primary constitutional precocious puberty
• Gynaecomastia (enlarged breast tissue in males)
• Hereditary angioedema (prophylaxis)

• Dosage: The usual initial dose is 400mg daily in 2 to 4 divided doses, starting on the first day of the menstrual cycle (to exclude pregnancy). Daily doses of 800mg are also employed.
• Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
• Timing: Take it at a fixed time each day if used regularly.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
