SW Probenecid Tablet 500mg contains Probenecid 500mg. Probenecid is a uricosuric agent that helps reduce uric acid levels in the blood.

Indications:

• Gout: Treatment of hyperuricemia (high uric acid levels) associated with gout and gouty arthritis.
• Antibiotic Therapy: Used as an adjuvant to prolong the effectiveness of certain antibiotics, such as penicillin and its derivatives.

Instructions:

• Dosage: Typically, 500mg twice daily, but follow your doctor's prescription.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
