Actos 15 mg Tablets contain 15 mg of pioglitazone hydrochloride, which is used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Indication:
Actos is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for treating type 1 diabetes.
Instructions:

1. Dosage: Take Actos exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose is 15 mg, 30 mg, or 45 mg once daily, with or without food.
2. Consistency: Take it at the same time each day to help you remember.
3. Monitoring: Your doctor will monitor your blood sugar levels regularly while you are taking this medication.
4. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
5. Precautions: Do not use Actos if you have severe or uncontrolled heart failure, active bladder cancer, or diabetic ketoacidosis. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease, liver disease, or eye problems caused by diabetes.
