The WEH® Plug TW04 is specifically engineered for pressure and vacuum testing applications on components with external (male) threads—providing a leak-tight seal up to 345 bar (model-dependent). Designed for quick, tool-free operation, it eliminates the need for wrenches, sealing tapes, or other consumables, making it a cost- and time-saving solution for demanding industrial test environments.
Simply hand-tighten the plug onto the threaded port until the integrated O-ring seal contacts the component to establish a pressure-tight connection. Durable NBR seals and a robust stainless steel body ensure a long service life, and the plug’s modular design allows for easy seal replacement, reducing equipment downtime.
The TW04 is available as a connector (with media inlet) or a plug (sealing only) version, offering flexibility across various testing applications.
