Product Introduction
TIME3230 roughness tester is an instrument that completely meets up with the latest ISO international standard. It is a multi-purpose portable tester to evaluate the surface quality of components. It is equipped with various of parameters that meet up with various of countries’ standard and international standard. It is able to evaluate the parameters of different components’ roughness, waviness and the original outline. It can measure the roughness of plane, outside cylindrical surface, inner bore surface, bearings and so on. TIME3230 has the advantage of large measuring range, stable performance, high accuracy, which make it very suitable for the testing in work site, scientific labs and factory metrology rooms. The corresponding parameters will be calculated according to the selected measuring condition, and then all the testing results and spectrums will be clearly displayed on the LCD screen. Besides, the testing results can be output with printer as well as connecting to PC. Furthermore, the testing results can be stored and searched in the instrument.

Technical Specification

Operator is allowed to perform evaluation of mean value, max. value, min. value, standard deviation and variance by moving mouse. And the calculation results can be stored in a default Excel file or in one specified by users.		Equipped with powerful data management function. The collected data can be stored as a file or stored in database for ssearching and browse.
