Honda Malaysia Opens Bookings for All-New e:N1 Electric SUV

Honda Malaysia has officially opened bookings for its first fully electric SUV, the Honda e:N1, marking a significant milestone in the brand's electrification journey. Interested customers can now place their bookings through the official Honda Malaysia website.

The e:N1, showcased at the 2024 Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS), is built on Honda's newly developed e:N Architecture F platform.

While official specifications for the Malaysian market have yet to be confirmed, the e:N1 is expected to feature a front-mounted electric motor producing approximately 201 hp and 310 Nm of torque. It's anticipated to house a 68.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, offering a WLTP-claimed range of up to 412 km on a single charge. Charging capabilities are projected to include support for DC fast charging, potentially allowing a 10-80% charge in about 45 minutes.

Design-wise, the e:N1 is anticipated to feature a sleek, aerodynamic profile with a closed-off grille, integrated charging port, and 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, it may boast a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15.1-inch infotainment display, supporting both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

As Honda Malaysia embarks on this new chapter, the e:N1 represents the brand's commitment to sustainable mobility solutions. Further details, including pricing and specific features for the Malaysian market, are expected to be announced closer to the official launch date.
