SUGGESTED USAGE  : Use either as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner after shampoo of your choice .Leave to penetrate 5 to 10 minutes and rinse.Apply to  damp ,towel -dried hair and cover with a plastic cap .Process for 10 minutes with or without heat and rinse .
