Nitrogen Generator: Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
Nitrogen PSA offer cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative nitrogen gas supply by producing nitrogen gas from compressed air. The technology behind it are the two columns filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). Pre-treated compressed air flows through the CMS. Throughout the process, other gases are being filtered, leaving only nitrogen gases to passes through. The column are separate into active & inactive state. The active column is in pressurized state but when the pressure is released, the column become inactive and completely regenerate while the other column become active. At the end of cycle they switch roles.
