• Active Ingredient: Dolutegravir 50 mg (as 52.6 mg dolutegravir sodium)
• Inactive Ingredients: Various excipients and film-coating agents

• HIV-1 Infection: Dolutegravir is an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI) used in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and pediatric patients weighing at least 30 kg.
• Complete Regimen: It can also be used with rilpivirine as a complete regimen for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults who are virologically suppressed (HIV-1 RNA less than 50 copies per mL) on a stable antiretroviral regimen for at least 6 months.

• Dosage:
  • Adults: 50 mg once daily, or 50 mg twice daily if co-administered with certain UGT1A or CYP3A inducers.
  • Pediatric Patients (≥30 kg): 50 mg once daily. Adjust to twice daily if co-administered with certain inducers.
• Administration: May be taken without regard to food.
• Precautions: Do not use if allergic to dolutegravir or any component of the tablet. Avoid use with dofetilide.
