Each capsule contains:

• Nintedanib Esylate (equivalent to 100 mg Nintedanib)
• Medium-chain Triglycerides (Miglyol 812 N)
• Lecithin (Topcithin SB)
• Lauroyl polyoxy-6 glycerides (Labrafil M 2130 CS)
• Gelatin Type B (160 Bloom)
• Glycerin (99.7%)
• Titanium Dioxide
• Ferric Oxide (Yellow and Red)
• Purified Water
• Opacode Black S-1-17823 (Imprinting Ink)
• Isopropyl Alcohol (Solvent)

• Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)
• Chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) in which lung fibrosis continues to worsen.

• Dosage: The recommended dose is 100 mg twice daily. It should be taken approximately 12 hours apart.
• Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not chew or crush the capsule.
• Precautions:
  • Pregnancy: Do not take if you are pregnant. Use effective contraception if you can become pregnant.
  • Children: Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
  • Breastfeeding: Do not breastfeed during treatment.
  • Allergies: Avoid if you are allergic to nintedanib, peanut, or soya.
• Side Effects: Common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Report any severe side effects to your doctor.
