Product Feature

1.It is compact, small size and light weight. It is easy to install and dismantle.

1. Wh en loa d changes in the wo rk, the cylinder with abundant output capacity shall be selected.
2. Relati ve cylinder with hig h temperature resistance or corrosion
resistance shall be chosen under the condition of high temperature or corrosion.
3. Necessary protection measure shall be taken in the environment with hig her humid ity, much dust or water drops, oil dust and
welding dregs.
4. Dirty substances in the pipe m ust be eliminated befo re cylinder is connected with pipeline to prevent the entran ce of particles into the cylinder.
The m edium used by cylinder shall be filtered to 40 q m or below.
6. As both of the front cover and piston of the cylinder are short, typicalI y too I arge stroke can not be selected.
7. Anti -freezin g measure shall be adopted under low temperature environment to prevent m oisture freezin g.
8. The cylinder shall avoid the influence of side load in operation to ma intain the norm al work of cylinder and extend the serv ice life.

conduct anti-rust treatment to the surfa ce. Anti -dust caps shat I be added in air inI et and outlet ports. The front and back  cover  can not be dismantl ed, which shalI be especially noticed.
