Dosage/Use Instruction:
Adult: Use one pouch daily.Place one pouch into a container of 3 liter water.Boil,then leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.Then allow to cool to a suitable temperature.Soak a towel in herbal bath and clean the body gently with the soaked towel or shower the body and hair.
