SESAME OIL
Sesame oil is very earthy and nutty taste, making it excellent for stir-fry dishes as well as salad dressing. It provides a distinctively nutty taste to dishes.
There is a study found that sesame oil may help to lower the cholesterol and inflammation in the body.
