Clarithromycin

Indication
Tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, lower resp tract infections (bronchitis, bacterial & atypical pneumonia). Skin infections: impetigo, erysipelas, folliculitis, furunculosis & septic wounds.

Instruction

Use Pharmaniaga Clarithromycin as directed by your doctor.

• Take Pharmaniaga Clarithromycin by mouth with or without food.
• Pharmaniaga Clarithromycin works best if it is taken at the same time each day.
• Continue to take Pharmaniaga Clarithromycin even if you feel well. 
• Do not miss any dose. If you miss a dose of Pharmaniaga Clarithromycin, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Drug interaction

Pharmaniaga Clarithromycin may interact with cisapride, pimozide, ergot medicines and result in life-threatening heart rhythm disorders.
