16 white tabs each containing Estradiol valerate 2 mg, 12 pink tabs each containing Estradiol valerate 2 mg, cyproterone acetate 1 mg
Indication
Hormonal replacement therapy in climacteric complaints, signs of involution of the skin & urogenital tract, complaints due to hypogonadism after ovariectomy or primary ovarian failure. Prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Instruction
1 white tab daily within 1st 5 days of menstrual cycle for 16 days, followed by 1 pink tab daily for 12 days. Repeat cycle without stopping.
Drug interaction
OC; antiepileptic drugs (hydantoins, barbiturates, primidone, carbamazepine); antitubercular drugs (rifampicin). Alcohol. Antidiabetic drugs.
