Apo-Minocycline 100mg Capsules are indicated for the treatment of various infections caused by susceptible strains of microorganisms, including:
Upper and lower respiratory tract infections
Urinary tract infections
Skin and soft tissue infections
Acne vulgaris
Gonorrhoea and syphilis (as an alternative to penicillin)
Asymptomatic meningococcal carriers
Mycobacterium marinum infections
It is also used for the treatment of susceptible infections.
Dosage: The typical dosage is 100 mg taken orally, once or twice daily, depending on the specific infection and doctor's recommendation.
Administration:
Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.
Do not chew or crush the capsule.
It is recommended to take the medication at a fixed time each day to help remember.
Precautions:
Avoid taking with antacids or supplements containing calcium, iron, magnesium, or zinc, as they may interfere with absorption.
May decrease the effectiveness of oral contraceptives; consider additional contraceptive measures.
May interfere with the bactericidal action of penicillins.

Side Effects:
