Visanne is used for the treatment of endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining inside the uterus grows outside it, causing pelvic pain and other symptoms.
It helps reduce the size of endometriotic lesions and relieves associated pain
Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily, at the same time each day.
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or split it.
Food: Can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose:
If less than 3-4 hours have passed since the missed dose, take it as soon as you remember.
If more than 3-4 hours, skip the missed dose and continue with the next scheduled dose.
Do not double up to make up for a missed dose.
Continuous Use: Take daily without interruption, even during menstruation.
