Content
Active Ingredient: Riociguat (1.5mg), a soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulator.

Indications
Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH)
For adult patients with inoperable CTEPH or persistent/recurrent CTEPH after surgical treatment, to improve exercise capacity.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH):
For adult patients with PAH (WHO Group 1) to improve exercise capacity and delay clinical worsening.
Instructions
Dosage:
The starting dose is typically 1mg three times daily, but for patients who may not tolerate this, a lower dose of 0.5mg three times daily may be used.
The dose is adjusted based on tolerance and clinical response, up to a maximum of 2.5mg three times daily.
Administration:
Take orally with or without food.
Avoid taking with nitrates, nitric oxide donors, or PDE inhibitors.
Precautions:
Not suitable for pregnant women due to the risk of fetal harm.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended to avoid symptomatic hypotension.
Use with caution in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment.
