Oestradiol
Indication
Climacteric syndrome associated w/ natural or artificial menopause.
Instruction
For continuous or cyclical treatment. Dose is adjusted individually from 0.5-1.5 g daily (corresponding to oestradiol 0.5-1.5 mg). Usual starting dose: 1 mg daily, readjusted after 2-3 cycles. In patients w/ an intact uterus, combine Divigel w/ an adequate dose of progestin for adequate duration.
