Indication
Relief of GI colic, flatulence & abdominal discomfort due to entrapped gas.
Instruction
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 15 min before meals.
Drug interaction
Increased anticholinergic activity by other parasympatholytics. Antagonised inhibitory effects w/ guanethidine, histamine & reserpine. Impaired absorption by antacids.
