Per 0.5 mL dose Vi polysaccharide of Salmonella typhi 25 mcg
Indication
Prevention of typhoid fever in adult & childn >2 yr.
Instruction
0.5 mL IM or SC as single inj. Revaccination every 3 yr if risk of exposure continues.
Drug interaction
This vaccine can be associated with other common vaccines (hepatitis A, yellow fever, diphtheria, tetanus, poliomyelitis, rabies, meningitis A + C and hepatitis B) during the same vaccination session, using separate injection sites.
