Per dose: Powd for inj Meningococcal group A oligosaccharide 10 mcg, soln for inj Meningococcal group C oligosaccharide 5 mcg, meningococcal group W₁₃₅ oligosaccharide 5 mcg, meningococcal group Y oligosaccharide 5 mcg
 
Indication
Active immunization of adults & childn (from 2 yr) at risk of exposure to Neisseria meningitidis groups A, C, W₁₃₅ & Y to prevent invasive disease.
 
Instruction
IM Adult & childn (>5 yr) Single 0.5-mL inj, 2-5 yr Single 0.5-mL inj. 2nd dose may be administered 2 mth after 1st dose.
 
Drug interaction
Diminished response w/ immunosuppressants. Concomitant use w/ live vaccines.
