With the GX Eagle, SRAM offers a 1x12 group with a wide gear ratio at a low price. It adopts numerous technologies from the revolutionary SRAM XX1 Eagle Top Group and, with perfectly coordinated shifting components, ensures extremely high performance and durability under all conditions. The transmission range of 500% is on the level of 2-fold drives. However, the 1x12 drive eliminates the additional weight and poorer switching performance of a derailleur.
The GX Eagle chain was specially developed for the requirements of the 12-speed drive. Due to its unique design, the chain has a high level of wear resistance. A nickel coating offers a high level of protection against corrosion and reduces chain friction. The revised PowerLock chain lock has a longer shelf life and is even easier to use.
