A high-performance trowel-applied foundation coat on masonry substrate before decorative painting works. It is water-resistant and excellent resistance to hairline cracks. There will be no powder formation due to superior binging, no flaking or chalking. It is water-based and compatible with any emulsion paint. It can be used on the painted surface.
