Decoating of PVD/CVD holders and charging equipment, specially for tungsten carbide scrap decoating.

Instructions for Use:
Step 1: Mix 5-10% of Pentalox 42 CC into DI Water
Step 2: Add 15% hydrogen peroxide (grade 35-40%)

Temperature: 20-30°C, the bath must not be heated in order to avoid overboiling risk

The kinetic reactions are fast, from 2 hours to 24 hours, depending on the nature of the layer: Composition / Thickness / Structure / Mode of deposition

Ultrasound and or bath agitation improve the performance significantly
-
The bath must be placed under a hood or in a machine equipped with an air extractor
-
The mixture must be disposed as hazardous waste
