Specification
Frame in STAINLESS STEEL, stiffened and completely covered in stainless steel 304 (316 on request).
Wide inspection door for routine maintenance.
Adjustable support legs for in-line positioning and levelling.
Top Frame
On the top plate frame are located:
-
central column working turrets for rinsing, filling and capping stations,
-
entry / transferring / exit STARWHEEL COMBINATION,
-
axis guide conveyor
-
AISI 304 bottle feed belt box (316 on request).
The top frame structure is designed so as to allow partial or total product recovery through a drain to be connected to the main drainage or recycling line.
Mechanical Features
The transmission group is located inside the frame and is composed of a main gear, made of high-tensile steel, which ensures efficient and noiseless operation.
The movement is driven by a specific variable speed gearmotor and movement speed is controlled by inverter.
The main central gear distributes the drive to the satellite gears (selection worm movement, central column and starwheels axis).
Lubrication and Pneumatic System

The centralized lubrication distribution system is located inside the frame in a very easy access. All main internal and upper points of the machine can be greased without product contact. External grease ducts are in AISI 304 steel (316 on request)

The centralized pneumatic system operates all activations (pneumatic cylinders, jacks, valve opening etc.) and consists of filter unit, pressure regulation, air filter, pressure gauge, distribution system.
Electrical Features
Electrical Board
The electrical board is water splash proof protection IP 55 (IP 65 on request).
The electrical board are located with remote-control switches, fuses, PLC, inverter, and electrical hardness.
Photoelectric cell set to operate the control of the bottle presence, emergency stop, speed control, etc.
Outside Operating Control Panel
The operating control panel is positioned on the front or side of the machine, controls all functions and the diagnostic of the machine (e.g. run/stop, up-down turret, emergency stop, speed regulation, machine stops due to open guard doors, lack of container supply or outlet containers clogging etc.).
The production speed is pre-set and stored (should the line stop, on re-start the machine will gradually return to the running speed).
Safety Guards
The machine is equipped with safety guard. The guard frame is completely manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 (or 316 on request); the windows are made in acylic.
Safety tunnels are placed at the inlet and at the outlet of the conveying chains.
Door opening only when the machine is stopped.
Single Rinsing Station
It is possibility to adjust the rinsing and dripping time according to the needs. The grippers are in AISI 304 stainless steel and are fitted in an hard stainless steel plate support (AISI 316 on request). Opening gripper phase by mechanical cam.
The container, after being selected and transferred to the entry WITH NECK CACTH Or Star Wheel, will be collected by the gripper and turned upside down of 180 degrees by a mechanical cam with a variable profile. The cleaning phase starts only when the container is in this position and consists of:
-
injection with hot/cold water and/or chemical agent or sterilizing product.

Dripping time.
The injector nozzle is introduced inside the bottle mouth for ¾ mm. (different design on request).
The rinsing product is recovered into a collection tray positioned under the gripper plate and then recycled (optional) or wasted, depending on the requests.
The gripper ensures perfectly symmetrical container hold and injector centering on the mouth of the container.
Gravity Filling Station
A self centering system, (placed on the lifting piston or on the nozzle body), expressly studied for each type of container, permits a correct alignment of the container with the nozzle, a perfect filling thanks to leak proof seal and a steady product level within the container.
The tank and all parts in contact with the product are completely made in stainless steel AISI 304 (optional 316 on request).
The inside of the tank is completely mirror polished. The devices, which control the minimum and the maximum level to keep during the production, are placed outside the tank.
The nozzle is mirror polished and completely made in stainless steel AISI 304. It is directly connected to the tank body.
Product level can be easily adjusted on the device in the nozzle.
Capping Station System

An automatic rotary type with 8 heads stainless steel capper attached specially designed for ROPP caps.

Capping head is driven by an electric motor and the descending movement is operated by cam system.
