Product Features:
- Integrated with function of raise, handle, flip and pour, easy operation;
- Hoop structure, apply to steel and plastic drums;
- The locking handle locks the drum in horizontal or vertical position for easy pouring or positioning;
- When unlocked, the drum can be turned end-over-end to agitate contents, suit for drum diameters of 570-600mm;
