Chlormine Syrup 4mg/5ml contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate as its active ingredient. It is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergies, hay fever, and the common cold1. These symptoms include rash, watery eyes, itchy eyes/nose/throat/skin, cough, runny nose, and sneezing.
Indications:

• Allergies: Relieves symptoms such as itching, rash, and watery eyes.
• Hay Fever: Helps with sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.
• Common Cold: Reduces cough and runny nose.

• Adults: Take 4mg (5ml) 3 to 4 times daily.
• Children 2-5 years: Take 1mg (1.25ml) 3 to 4 times daily.
• Children 6-12 years: Take 2mg (2.5ml) 3 to 4 times daily.
• Timing: Take it at the same time each day.
• Precautions: Avoid alcohol as it may enhance drowsiness. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of severe allergic reactions.
