Vyepti® 100 mg/mL concentrate for solution for infusion contains eptinezumab 100 mg/mL. Eptinezumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets and blocks the activity of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), which is involved in the pathophysiology of migraines.
Indications:
Vyepti is used for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults who experience migraine at least 4 days per month. It helps to reduce the number of migraine days and improve the quality of life for patients.
Instructions:

1. Preparation:
   • Dilute the 100 mg/mL concentrate with 100 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP.
   • Gently invert the solution to mix completely; do not shake.
2. Administration:
   • Administer the diluted solution via intravenous infusion over 30 minutes.
   • Use an IV infusion set with a 0.2-0.22 micron in-line filter.
3. Timing:
   • The infusion should be done at room temperature.
   • Following dilution, the solution must be infused within 8 hours.
4. Precautions:
   • Do not use Vyepti if you are allergic to eptinezumab or any of the other ingredients.
   • Inform your doctor if you have any heart or blood circulation issues.
   • Be aware of potential allergic reactions, which can occur during or after the infusion.
