• Active Ingredient: Sunitinib Malate 50 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Various excipients (binders, fillers, etc.)

• Advanced renal cell carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
• Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET), tumors of the hormone-producing cells in the pancreas that have progressed or cannot be removed with surgery.
• Advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), a type of stomach and bowel cancer.

• Dosage: The usual dose for advanced renal cell carcinoma and GIST is 50 mg taken orally once daily for 4 consecutive weeks, followed by a 2-week off period (Schedule 4/2) to comprise a complete cycle of 6 weeks. For pNET, the recommended dose is 37.5 mg taken orally once daily without a scheduled rest period2. Sunitinib may be taken with or without food.
• Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush or chew the capsule.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
• Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
