• Active Ingredient: Apixaban 2.5mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Various excipients (binders, fillers, etc.)

• Prevent venous thromboembolic events (VTE) after hip or knee replacement surgery.
• Prevent stroke and blood clots in adult patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, especially those with one or more risk factors such as previous stroke, age ≥75 years, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or symptomatic heart failure.

• Dosage: The usual dose is 2.5 mg taken twice daily. The exact dose and duration of treatment should be determined by your doctor based on your condition and individual needs.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid using if you have untreated bacterial infections or conditions that increase the risk of bleeding.
• Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
