Calquence 100 mg Film-Coated Tablets contain 100 mg of acalabrutinib. Acalabrutinib is a Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.
Indications:
Calquence is indicated for the treatment of:

• Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in adults who have received at least one prior therapy.
• Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) in adults.

1. Dosage: Take Calquence exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dose is 100 mg twice daily.
2. Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, dissolve, or cut the tablets.
3. Monitoring: Your doctor will monitor your blood counts and liver function regularly while you are taking this medication.
4. Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
5. Precautions: Do not use Calquence if you have an active infection. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease, liver disease, or other medical conditions.
