• Active Ingredient: Ambrisentan 10 mg
• Inactive Ingredients: Lactose (as monohydrate), lecithin (soya) (E322), allura red AC aluminium lake (E129)

• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Used to treat adults with PAH of WHO Functional Class II to III, including idiopathic PAH and PAH associated with connective tissue disease. It can also be used in combination with tadalafil.

• Dosage: Start with 5 mg once daily. Depending on clinical response and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 10 mg daily.
• Administration: Take the tablet orally with water. Swallow the tablet whole; do not split, crush, or chew it.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid using with certain medications that interact with ambrisentan.
• Storage: Store below 30°C, away from moisture and heat.
