Azmasol 100mcg/Dose HFA Metered Dose Inhaler contains the active ingredient salbutamol sulphate. Each actuation delivers 100 mcg of salbutamol sulphate.
Indications:
Azmasol is used for the treatment of:
Asthma: For the relief of bronchospasm in patients with reversible obstructive airway disease.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): For the relief of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Instructions:
Dosage: The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years is 1-2 puffs as needed for relief of symptoms. Do not exceed 8 puffs in 24 hours.
Administration:
Shake the inhaler well before each use.
Remove the mouthpiece cover and check for any foreign objects.
Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and close your lips around it.
Press down on the inhaler to release a dose while breathing in slowly and deeply.
Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take extra doses to make up for the missed dose.
