Montelukast Sandoz 4mg Chewable Tablet contains the active ingredient montelukast sodium. Each tablet contains 4 mg of montelukast sodium.
Indications:
Montelukast Sandoz is used for the treatment of:
Asthma: Helps prevent asthma symptoms during the day and night.
Allergic Rhinitis: Provides relief from symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, nasal itching, sneezing, and itchy, red, and puffy eyes.
Instructions:
Dosage:
Children (2 to 5 years old): The usual dose is one 4 mg chewable tablet daily.
Administration:
Take the tablet in the evening.
Chew the tablet thoroughly before swallowing.
Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take extra doses to make up for the missed dose.
