Metal mesh filters are made using an aluminium mesh pad comprised of multiple layers of expanded aluminium mesh that is expanded in different widths and bonded together to make a pad. The layers, being expanded at different widths, created a baffling effect as the air passes through the filter providing better filtration of airbone particles.

Application
CMGF is highly effective in significantly reducing oil mist, water mist, fog or droplets from outside air or recirculated air. It is usefu downstream chilled water & steam or mist-type humidifiers which allows saturated air to condense out.
